Meet Ji-min Choi — Issue #1 launch at Soap Plant / Wacko.
Knowledgeable staff, clean store, and a really nice kids section in the back. My nephew loves coming here. We always leave with at least three books.

Loved the ambiance and the indie focus. They host a monthly small-press fair too — definitely worth checking out if you are into alternative comics or zines.

Found a rare back issue here that I had been searching for over a year. Pricing was reasonable. Staff helped me track it down from the back inventory. Above and beyond.

Great range of indie titles you cannot find at the chain stores. Owner is super passionate about manga in particular and will recommend stuff that's actually good.
