Claim your shop

Take ownership of your listing to update hours, post events, and respond to customer messages. Verification takes 1–2 business days.

1. Step 1. Find your shop on the locator and click “Claim this shop”.
2. Step 2. Sign in to your Neon Ichiban account (or create one).
3. Step 3. Verify ownership via business email, domain match, or a phone callback.

The verification wizard is rolling out shortly. While we finish it, email us with the shop name and we’ll fast-track verification.
